He is an innovative, results-driven problem solver, and has more than 28 years or experience working with colleges and universities in technical, consulting, and CIO leadership roles. Joe works in the Phoenix office, where he helps clients improve their services delivery in data management, governance, organizational effectiveness, risk management/security, and administrative/academic applications. 

Joe is a member of BerryDunn's Recovery Advisory Team and has guided clients through the COVID-19 outbreak.

As a previous CIO, Joe understands the importance of well-implemented and well-aligned technology solutions to the mission of higher education institutions. Prior to joining BerryDunn, he worked at CampusWorks leading their technology consulting practice and providing technical services/solutions to higher education clients. Joe also held various technology leadership positions at the University of Baltimore, State of Maryland, and T. Rowe Price.
