Chad is BerryDunn's Chief Operating Officer of Consulting Services. He has extensive experience assisting government clients with systems planning and implementation, operational reviews, strategic planning, and technology assessments.

Chad has worked with over 100 municipal and county governments across the country to find solutions to complex problems. With over 30 years of experience, he has in-depth knowledge of local government business processes and operations. His areas of expertise include finance, operations, technology, health and community services, public safety, and parks and recreation.

His areas of expertise include finance, operations, technology, health and community services, public safety, and parks and recreation.

Chad has provided project management and implementation oversight of several large system implementations and managed ERP and revenue system implementations for over 40 local government clients. He frequently conducts workflow analyses and business process reviews for local government clients, and assists municipal and county government agencies with evaluating IT operations, organizational structure, and staffing needs, establishing recommendations for new processes and information systems, and selecting and implementing new systems.
