Challenge
The City of Mesquite, Texas, a suburb located east of Dallas, had to contend with a multitude of aging, standalone, legacy applications and manual, paper-based processes. The city sought to streamline their business processes to one ERP system. The city also recognized a need for continued oversight of its ERP replacement project, and sought project management services to maximize the system’s capabilities.
Solution
Through system implementation, BerryDunn acted on behalf of the city as its project manager, tracking the completion of milestones, monitoring risk, and identifying opportunities to build quality into the implementation process.
