The City of Mesquite, Texas, a suburb located east of Dallas, had to contend with a multitude of aging, standalone, legacy applications and manual, paper-based processes. The city sought to streamline their business processes to one ERP system. The city also recognized a need for continued oversight of its ERP replacement project, and sought project management services to maximize the system’s capabilities.

Solution
