David Houle is a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Management and Information Technology Practice Group, where he spearheads the firm’s higher education consulting team.

Prior to joining BerryDunn in 2005, David worked for the State of Maryland; a not-for-profit in Washington, D.C.; and IBM.

Prior to joining BerryDunn in 2005, David worked for the State of Maryland; a not-for-profit in Washington, D.C.; and IBM.

During his sixteen years with the firm, David has worked with over 100 higher education institutions across the United States and Canada. He has successfully assisted clients with:

  • Business process analysis and improvement
  • College, university, and system-wide IT strategic planning
  • Independent assessments of IT organizations and digital transformation
  • Objective enterprise system evaluations
  • ERP and SIS selection, negotiation, and implementation services

David is passionate about organizational change that results in productive outcomes, and helping clients realize the value from the increasing amount of data that organizations analyze.
