As a Manager, Leah provides audit, accounting, and consulting services to financial institutions, commercial entities, government entities, and employee benefit plans. She enjoys developing a close working relationship with clients and utilizing her experience and resources to address their unique challenges and opportunities as a trusted advisor.
Leah specializes in assisting clients with implementation of complex accounting standards. She provides guidance on best practices for adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement reporting standards. Leah conducts internal control audits, in addition to profit sharing, 401(k), and 403(b) plan audits.
Leah has a passion for staff development and serves as an advisor and mentor to interns and staff, as a member of the CEO Council on DEI, and as a presenter at internal training events.
