Michelle brings extensive experience in strategic planning, community engagement, organizational change management, leadership development and executive coaching, team facilitation and performance measurement to our Phoenix, AZ office. She has consulted with more than 50 state and local government agencies, associations and consortia, helping them to optimize organizational performance and improve organizational culture.

Through her passion for developing people and their potential, Michelle taps into an organization’s ability to learn and guides leaders in translating that learning into empowered action, enhanced employee engagement and high impact results. To that effect, she is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Hogan Assessment as well as the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Technology of Participation Facilitation Methodology.
