BerryDunn Names Chief Transformation Officer to Drive Operational Excellence and Fuel Sustainable Growth

BerryDunn announced the appointment of Carson Hanrahan as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), a newly created position designed to support the firm’s next phase of growth and opportunity. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Hanrahan will spearhead BerryDunn's transformation journey, leading technology, strategy and innovation, change management, and the Enterprise Project Management Office. 

“As our Chief Transformation Officer, Carson will implement a framework for intentional change, balancing BerryDunn’s entrepreneurial spirit and people-first approach with best practices in change management,” says BerryDunn CEO Sarah Belliveau. “Carson is an accomplished and experienced leader who will help the firm harness technology, data, and responsible AI while building organizational agility and resilience for our next phase of growth.” 

Hanrahan joins BerryDunn with more than two decades of experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation across insurance, professional services, retail, manufacturing, and consulting engineering organizations. Known for orchestrating complex, cross-functional change, he has led large, globally distributed teams through shifts from project-centric to product-centric operating models, cloud modernization programs, and the launch of new digital platforms and AI-enabled services. His career includes senior roles where he drove application rationalization, cloud-first strategies, and major cost savings and revenue growth.

The mission of the Transformation Office is to build on BerryDunn’s strong culture and history while aligning digital, data, and organizational change with the firm’s long-term strategic business goals and vision. The office will support teams across the firm and deliver enhanced value to clients. As CTO, Hanrahan will help the firm navigate the complexities of digital transformation, focusing on high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
