Carson Hanrahan is BerryDunn’s Chief Transformation Officer, leading the firm’s new Transformation Office, which unites technology, strategy and innovation, change management, and enterprise project management to help drive firmwide innovation, effectiveness, and growth.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise strategy and modernization, having held senior roles including US CIO and Senior Vice President at Marsh McLennan. Carson has led major cloud modernization programs, product-centric operating model shifts, and the development of digital and AI-enabled services. Known for his calm, people-centered leadership style, Carson is also an avid motorcyclist, sailor, and amateur astronomer who volunteers as Outreach Chair for Southern Maine Astronomers.
