Matthew joined the firm in 2013 after working in Deloitte’s National Federal Tax Services group in North Carolina. Prior to attending law school and commencing his career in public accounting, Matthew worked as a pastry chef in Miami, Florida and the south of France. Matthew is a Principal in BerryDunn’s Tax Consulting and Compliance Group, serving corporate and individual tax clients with federal and state tax planning. His experience includes the identification of federal tax planning opportunities, focusing on tax accounting methods and periods and international corporate taxation. Matthew is a licensed CPA in both Maine and North Carolina.
