Erik leads the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice and delivers quantitative horsepower and strategic counsel to clients who need to design, develop, and deliver on many types of strategic investment activities, corporate finance transactions, and M&A initiatives.

Erik has a 20-year career transacting with companies in both debt and equity markets with a focus on project finance, M&A, and growth capital. Day to day, he provides strategic advice to companies, business owners, and investors regarding growth through acquisition, capital structuring and raising, and other bespoke transaction advisory services where complexity and capital intersect.

Experience highlights

Erik has worked with family-owned businesses, high net worth investors, sponsor-backed middle market firms, and corporations where he was responsible for origination, underwriting, closing, and participation and/or syndication. On behalf of clients and their boards, he interfaces with banks, law firms, investment banks, and institutional investors. He also advises energy, C&I, and natural resource clients on deploying capital through various economic cycles.
