As a Principal in BerryDunn’s Not-for-Profit Practice Group, Ryan dedicates his time to serving a wide range of not-for-profit organizations across the Northeast. These include, but are not limited to, higher education institutions, affordable housing agencies, and behavioral and mental health agencies. Ryan is one of the firm’s technical resources for federal compliance auditing.

Navigating federal funding uncertainty: A guide for nonprofits

The BerryDunn team helped us review a loan that contained a Maine State Historical tax credit agreement with one of our major creditors. This review led to a rewrite of the loan and saved us a considerable amount of operational cash flow for the next four years.
