Zach is a health and human services (HHS) project management professional with a focus on helping state Medicaid agencies across the US. As a trusted advisor to state HHS clients, Zach delivers expert guidance on project management, information technology projects, state and federal healthcare regulatory changes, certification and compliance requirements, organizational change management, procurement assistance, data governance, and implementation assistance.
Zach is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Medicaid Professional, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. As a member of BerryDunn's Recovery Advisory team, he has helped state HHS agencies identify the appropriate funding mechanisms for COVID-19 support, including waivers and Advance Planning Documents. Prior to joining BerryDunn, Zach worked for United States Senator Susan Collins assisting her and fielding Maine constituents’ questions and concerns.
