Shannon Schulman

Shannon is a consultant in the firm’s Local Government Practice Group specializing in enterprise digital transformation. She helps lead software system selection and provides implementation project oversight and project management for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects on the West Coast. Shannon has prior experience in local government utility billing implementations, GIS services, and state government public safety analysis.

Shannon has spent the last 10 years focused on customer and client-facing services. She values transparent communication and strives for customer satisfaction through her daily interactions with her clients.
