Kevin is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Commercial Practice Group providing accounting, audit, financial reporting, and consulting services to a variety of clients. His deep understanding of complex capital structures and private equity participation, and his ability to communicate them to his clients, help them better understand their business.
His experience outside of BerryDunn includes working two years in the private sector performing accounting and financial analysis activities and as an auditor at a national public accounting firm, focusing on manufacturing, distribution and wholesale, technology, and medical device clients, including one of the largest privately owned companies in the United States.
