Deb is a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Healthcare Practice Group, specializing in hospital reimbursement consulting. Her experience as CFO of a northern New England Critical Access Hospital, and experience leading revenue cycle operations, budgeting and financial planning, cost accounting, and managed care contracting, provides her with a vision for how hospitals can optimize reimbursement, mitigate risk, and improve operations.
Deb’s passion for improving hospital reimbursement and operations is evident in the work that she performs and delivers to her clients. She provides insight into potential areas for efficiency and enjoys identifying additional reimbursement opportunities through the cost reporting process.
