Dawn Webb, CPC, COC, Prosci® CCP, LSSGB, PMP®

As a Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Medicaid Practice Group, Dawn provides program and project management and consulting services to state Medicaid agencies. She works with agencies on projects that include Medicaid Program Integrity Initiatives, Advance Planning Documents (APDs), Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) cycle, and Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) claims and adjudication process analysis.

Dawn has extensive experience in managing the medical billing process for providers of healthcare services and has worked on billing to Medicaid and other state and federal programs, as well as Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) revenue cycle management. She is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), a Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP®).
