A Senior Consultant in our Medicaid Practice Group, Buffy specializes in organizational change management, knowledge management, and documentation design and implementation. She has over 20 years of experience in software solution specification design, testing, and implementation.
Buffy has served in both state government and private sector settings. Her areas of expertise include federal Medicaid and labor programs, stakeholder assessments, quality assurance, project management, program management, and RFP development.
Buffy is currently working on the West Virginia People’s Access to Help (WV PATH) project, providing organizational change management and operational readiness support.
