Maddi is a Consultant in the firm’s Local Government Practice Group focusing on organizational development. She creates strategic plans, engages community members, facilitates meetings and focus groups, and analyzes business processes. She assists clients by offering creative approaches to solutions and aligning their plans with their goals.
Maddi’s previous experience includes serving as an International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Local Government Management Fellow, an assistant to the city manager, and a graduate researcher at the Local Government Workplaces Initiative at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
