Emily’s experience includes estimating claim liabilities, developing and evaluating capitation rates, and building financial projections to support strategic decision-making. She has also worked with policymakers to assess the financial impact of proposed healthcare legislation on Medicaid programs and commercial insurers. Emily is committed to delivering clear, actionable analysis that helps her clients make informed decisions.
