She has worked with local governments across the country both as a Parks and Recreation administrator and as president of Heller and Heller Consulting, offering strategic and master planning, change management, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and service quality assessment. Barbara also has significant experience working with engineering, landscape design, and architecture firms.
