He leverages his extensive experience with NAIC and NCOIL model laws to help state insurance regulators achieve policy objectives and desired outcomes. Tyler helps translate and simplify complicated private and public health insurance issues, allowing audiences of diverse backgrounds to quickly understand the key decisions that are most relevant for effective policy making.
