Patrick is a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn's Parks, Recreation, and Libraries Practice, where he works side-by-side with communities developing strategic master plans, operational assessments, land uses, operations and maintenance, and capital planning strategies. Driven by a customer-first approach, he specializes in working with clients, stakeholders, boards and commissions, and elected officials to develop innovative solutions impacting local government operations.
Patrick has over 20 years of local government experience, having worked as a Parks and Recreation Director and Deputy City Manager.
