A Senior Consultant in our Parks, Recreation, Libraries Practice, Nikki is passionate about helping agencies across the country engage and support staff and communities. She leverages her nearly 13 years of experience with the Chicago Park District to help clients with employee engagement, training and development strategies, feasibility studies, and other park projects.
Nikki brings a wealth of experience in urban parks and recreation and has a diverse background in organizational and professional development, employee engagement, change management, and staff training. She is a regular speaker at both national and state conferences.
Nikki also created the nationally recognized Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) training program.
