Megan is a Manager of Organizational Development consulting in the firm’s State Government Practice Group. She oversees a team that supports clients by providing organizational change management, strategic planning, business process reengineering, executive and leadership development, training, and Human Resources services. Megan has supported state agencies—ranging from finance, information technology, HR, other administrative divisions, health and human services, and education. She has also served public university systems.
