In Matt’s previous role at a consulting firm he oversaw CMS/CMMI independent evaluations and state-wide policy initiatives, such as provider payment demonstrations and cost benchmarking. He also managed a team that redesigned national health insurance agencies and payment systems across Asia.

Matt also held positions at a global multilateral organization and an academic institution. His work entailed evaluating state Medicaid managed care programs and identifying stabilization techniques across European insurance markets to inform healthcare legislation in the US.
