Jon is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Commercial Practice Group. He provides compliance, planning, and consulting services to clients primarily in the manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications industries. Jon has an extensive background preparing corporate tax provisions (ASC 740) in conjunction with clients’ financial statements.
Jon specializes in compliance and consulting services to corporations and S-corporations. His clients frequently operate in multiple jurisdictions, to which he provides expertise on both multistate as well as international tax matters. Jon is a member of the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Group.
