A Senior Consultant in our Parks, Recreation, Libraries Practice, J.R. has proven success developing and implementing strategic and master plans. He is an experienced library manager and local government consultant with over 13 years of experience in libraries, parks, recreation, open space, finance, capital planning, organizational development, and performance management. He is a subject matter expert in library administration, operations, and technology.
Prior to joining BerryDunn, he was most recently the Library Services Manager for the City of Westminster, Colorado. He led the development of the Westminster Library Master Plan and the creation of new funding sources and partnerships.
