Hudson Delisle is a Senior in BerryDunn's Financial Services Practice Group, providing audit services to a variety of clients, including banks, broker-dealers, government entities, and employee benefit plans.
Hudson specializes in financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as internal control over financial reporting under US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act of 1991 (FDICIA), and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Section 404 (SOX 404).
