A Credentialing Manager on our Healthcare Compliance and Credentialing team, Gretchen oversees the daily activity of credentialing and enrollment services in accordance with all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and managed care criteria. She has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working with clients in large health systems and medical groups.
Gretchen manages client relationships and supervises credentialing specialists. In her current role, she oversees all areas of our NCQA Credentialing (CR) certifications and maintenance. She also assists with managing the credentialing software database, oversees credentialing and enrollment processes, and recommends best practices to improve workflows. She has extensive knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, and Medicaid enrollment criteria and platforms.
