Patsy is a Senior Consultant in the firm’s State Government Practice Group. She provides Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to state agencies requiring risk assessment, whether during large projects on an ongoing basis or for audit assessment purposes.
An experienced state government senior manager, Patsy has a background in administering programs and implementing IT projects that support workforce development programs. She has consistently delivered results by leading cross-functional teams in technical, organizational, and process improvement projects in the public sector.
