Kolbe Merfeld is a Senior Consultant in higher education technology, specializing in information security, project management, and data governance. He works with colleges, universities, and multi-institution systems to assess IT security risks, review IT organizational structures, and develop data governance strategies that support institutional goals. He also helps institutions plan and implement large systems such as ERP and Student Information Systems, ensuring projects are efficient, secure, and aligned with strategic priorities.
