A Maine native, Kati uses her New England work ethic to learn the needs of her construction and professional services clients so she can help them achieve their goals by using effective tax planning as a lever for growth.
Kati is a Principal at BerryDunn, focusing primarily on S-corporations, partnerships, and their shareholders and owners. Kati works with her clients to understand their operations, culture, and growth strategies to identify opportunities for tax savings. She serves some of BerryDunn’s most complex tax clients, including a few filing in as many as 38 states. She is a member of the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) Group. Her knowledge of the myriad state and local tax laws allows her to help her clients avoid unexpected nexus issues and make informed decisions about siting, inventory management, and more.
