Jay is a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn's Medicaid Practice Group, where he specializes in Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) projects for state agencies. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, he is currently the project lead for New Jersey's Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) Drug Rebate MMIS Module. He also provides project management support for Alaska's Division of Health Care Services (HCS) MMIS modernization efforts.
Prior to joining BerryDunn, Jay held roles as a senior analyst and senior project coordinator at TEKsystems, overseeing project management for TennCare software delivery. Jay brings an engaging, collaborative approach to client work, welcoming new challenges and addressing root-cause issues to drive continued program success.
