As a Manager in BerryDunn's State Government Practice Group, April works directly with public health agencies to provide a variety of services. Her expertise includes grant preparation and management, project management, needs assessments/gap analyses, staffing studies, accreditation preparation, business process analysis/redesign, IT systems planning and selection, organizational change management, and implementation oversight.
Prior to working with BerryDunn, April was an analyst for the County of San Diego in public service areas including supportive housing, self-sufficiency, substance use, and mental health treatment.
