BerryDunn hired Susan Weber as Senior Manager in its Financial Services Practice Group.

Weber brings to the firm 26 years of banking, regulatory, and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) expertise. Before joining BerryDunn, she worked for a large community bank where she successfully led a fully compliant CECL implementation. She will focus on CECL implementation, model risk management, internal financial reporting controls, governance, executive board presentations, and reporting. Her areas of expertise include forecasting, budgeting, primary regulator and auditor interface, policy making, and remote team management.

“Susan brings a unique combination of deep banking expertise and a wonderful talent for knowledge sharing,” said Rob Smalley, Principal and Financial Services Practice Group Leader. “The banking industry is working hard to innovate and adapt to a significant amount of change. The addition of Susan to our already experienced team adds to our ability to assist bankers in new and different ways.”
