BerryDunn Expands Financial Services Practice Group to Meet Bankers' Demand for CECL Implementation Consulting Services

BerryDunn hired Susan Weber as Senior Manager in its Financial Services Practice Group.


Weber brings to the firm 26 years of banking, regulatory, and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) expertise. Before joining BerryDunn, she worked for a large community bank where she successfully led a fully compliant CECL implementation. She will focus on CECL implementation, model risk management, internal financial reporting controls, governance, executive board presentations, and reporting. Her areas of expertise include forecasting, budgeting, primary regulator and auditor interface, policy making, and remote team management.

Weber has a long track record of solving diverse problems with innovative solutions. Her combination of banking and regulatory experience enhances BerryDunn's ability to help financial institutions adapt, manage, and comply within an ever-changing industry.

Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine.
