Before joining BerryDunn, Duncan spent over a decade working in community banks, where he held roles spanning CECL implementation, credit risk management, commercial underwriting, and lending. This hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges financial institutions face and informs his practical, client-centered approach.
