BerryDunn is proud to announce that Jason Favreau, CPA, has received the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) Founders Award, one of the organization's highest honors.
The award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment and long-standing dedication to Maine's real estate development industry. Favreau, a Principal leading BerryDunn’s Real Estate Practice, has been actively involved in MEREDA for 12 years, including 10 years on the Executive Committee, and was honored at the organization’s 2026 Forecast Conference on February 26.

Throughout his career, he has worked alongside business leaders and property owners to minimize tax burdens, maximize financial outcomes, and navigate the evolving landscape of real estate tax law.
