HubSync and AssureSign are coming
BerryDunn is rolling out HubSync and AssureSign, two secure platforms that will make signing and managing documents—such as engagement letters and tax forms—faster, easier, and more secure.
What’s changing?
- Engagement letters
Beginning in November, clients will be receiving engagement letters electronically. You will receive an email from AssureSign that an engagement letter is ready to sign. Simply follow the directions in the email to quickly, easily, and securely sign the letter electronically.

- Tax documents
For all tax clients, we’re introducing a new platform to streamline tax return delivery and e-file authorizations. If you’re a 1040 client, you’ll also have access to an electronic organizer that makes uploading your tax documents simple and secure. While using the electronic organizer is optional, many clients find it a convenient way to stay organized and streamline the process.
You will receive an email like the one shown below from HubSync with instructions to create your login and access your workspace.

Say goodbye to printing, scanning, or mailing documents. With just a few clicks, you can sign and access important paperwork from anywhere.

These platforms meet high standards for security and compliance, giving you peace of mind that your information is protected.
When will the changes go into effect?
The rollout will happen gradually over the next few months. Keep an eye out for email communications.
