A Manager in BerryDunn’s Government Assurance Practice Group, Tim has over 20 years of experience in grant management. He leverages his extensive experience to assist clients with funding optimization, federal cost accounting requirements, and internal controls. His work is currently focused on helping clients manage American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) grants.
Tim works with clients to properly budget and account for costs, prepare cost allocation plans, optimize revenues, and improve performance. He has worked with cities, counties, and states on projects that have transformed government services and improved the lives of residents.
