Sarah, a Senior Consultant with BerryDunn’s Medicaid Practice Group, has 15 years of experience in state government public health and Medicaid programs. Prior to joining BerryDunn, she held the positions of Director of Indiana’s Division on Aging, and Director of Women Infants and Children (WIC). Her wide range of experience in state government includes expertise in Advanced Planning Documents (APDs), incentive payment design, HCBS waiver management, long term services and supports reform, and electronic benefit transfer implementation.
Sarah is committed to incorporating equity and life expectancy goals into her work to support government entities in measuring quality and value. She excels at developing collaborative partnerships with clients, stakeholders, providers, and the public.
