Ryan McKinnon is a Reimbursement Manager in BerryDunn’s Healthcare Practice Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping hospitals navigate complex reimbursement requirements and optimize financial performance. He specializes in acute care hospitals with expertise in reimbursement modeling, accounts receivable/net revenue estimates, Medicare cost report preparation, and audit support.
Drawing on his technical expertise and experience collaborating with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and IT Reporting teams, Ryan helps bridge the gap between financial, operational, and technical functions. He works with hospitals to leverage their electronic medical record and general ledger systems to improve data integrity, optimize Medicare reimbursement, and support accurate, well-documented Medicare cost report filings.
