He provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the firm has the proper technology, operational controls, compliance programs, administrative and reporting procedures, management capabilities, and people systems in place to effectively grow and prosper.
Robert has extensive leadership experience across a variety of industries and organizations. He enthusiastically embraces challenges—the bigger the better—and leverages his unique analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to get through them quickly and efficiently.
