As a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn's State Government Practice Group, Melissa has over 17 years of experience in human services, spending much of this time working in child welfare. Melissa leverages her extensive direct experience working with children, vulnerable adults, and families with her background in data analysis, visual process management, continuous quality improvement, and problem solving to help state governments generate the best outcomes for the services they provide in their communities.

Experience highlights

Melissa is currently working with West Virginia’s Department of Health and Human Resources alongside BerryDunn’s Child Welfare Initiatives project team. Her contributions on this project include program design, program implementation, and expertise in child welfare subject matter.
