Meagan is a Senior Consultant in BerryDunn's State Government Practice Group. She has been with the firm for more than 10 years, with the majority of those years focused on providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for complex technology modernization initiatives. Meagan has also worked with clients on policy analysis, policy manuals, business process redesign, and enterprise system requirements and procurements. She has experience with a variety of state and federal agencies.
