Keri works with local government clients across the country to find creative solutions that help them improve their performance and build stronger communities. She provides strategic direction for process improvement, needs assessment, system selection and implementation, and planning projects. Her areas of expertise include development review, zoning, land use planning, housing, permitting, code enforcement, and business licensing.
