Leading BerryDunn Forward

Leadership Transition

Following the successful launch of BerryDunn's Vision 2031 strategic plan, Sarah Belliveau has decided that this is the right time for a leadership transition. She will step down from her role as Chief Executive Officer and serve in an advisory role.

Sarah has dedicated her entire professional career to BerryDunn and has played an important role in the firm's strategic growth. Her leadership has helped shape a strong culture, foster lasting client relationships, and position the firm for continued success. We are grateful for her many years of service and commitment to the firm.

The Board of Directors has appointed Tammy Michaud, Principal in BerryDunn's Not-for-Profit Practice Group, as interim CEO, effective immediately. Tammy joined BerryDunn in 1987 and has served two terms on the firm's Board of Directors and brings deep knowledge of the firm, its people, and its clients to the role. She will work closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to provide continuity and leadership during the transition.

The Board of Directors expects to launch a search for BerryDunn's next CEO in the coming months.
