State agency


Statewide contract
Please refer to OSD Contract User Guides for ITS74 and PRF78

CHIA
Each Commonwealth Agency is responsible for executing its own contracts and/or purchase orders and paying its own invoices for goods and/or services acquired from this contract.

DPH contract
DPH bureaus should follow the below requirements for competitive bidding.

EOHHS
EOHHS may issue competitive task orders to the vendors in the category, or to only one uniquely qualified vendor.

EOTSS
EOTSS will issue task orders as needed.

Eligible entity


Statewide contract
Please refer to OSD Contract User Guides for Eligible Entity instructions for ITS74 and PRF78.

CHIA
Each eligible entity is responsible for executing its own contracts and/or purchase orders and paying its own invoices for goods and/or services acquired from this contract.

DPH contract
Other Commonwealth public entities may follow similar procedures as required for DPH bureaus and execute a separate contract with the selected vendor.

MHEC
Non-profit, public, and private colleges and universities may obtain services by becoming an MHEC member.

UMMS
Any UMMS department, affiliate, or related organization may utilize the contract.
