Doug has broad experience working with information technology, spanning disciplines such as project management, enterprise software system deployment, quality assurance, curriculum development, and technology support.

As a Principal in BerryDunn’s State and Local Government Practice Groups, Doug has served in Engagement and Project Management roles for several state and local technology initiatives across the country. Recent assignments include work in Maine, New Mexico, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Vermont, and West Virginia. Formerly a small business owner, Doug has 30 years of IT experience and 13 years in the area of Criminal Justice and Corrections technology where he has supported state and local government agencies in the justice and public safety domain.
