About the list
Forbes partnered with a market research company to create a list of the 200 most recommended firms for tax and accounting services in the US. The firms identified include the biggest firms in the country and some of the smallest. Peers and clients participated in the independent survey through mailings and an online access panel. Participants were asked to submit their recommendations according to specializations, services, and professional experiences.
