A twice-appointed state government executive, Michael has a legal and business background, and is passionate about innovation and continuous process improvement.
Michael leads the Finance and Administration team within BerryDunn's State Government Practice Group. In this role, he assists state agencies with business process analysis, IV&V and quality assurance, system planning and procurement, change management, performance measurement practices, and strategic planning efforts.
As a member of BerryDunn's Recovery Advisory Team, Michael is guiding clients on the continuation of business operations and the transition to and from work-from-home environments during the COVID-19 outbreak.
